Prepare a 2-3-minute (maximum) video pitching your idea to management. Be sure to state your training course topic focus from the list above (6 to choose from) and what you hope to achieve (necessity). In your video, you will state 3 key Training Objectives your training will provide to participants upon completion (see example below). These objectives should be measurable and testable. Use Blooms Taxonomy action verbs to help you formulate sound objectives that begin with action verbs. Chapter 4 will help you develop these. Keep in mind training objectives come from the organization perspective of what participants can do once they complete training and are high level.
Example: topic #1: Participants will be able to explain why some organizations experience low morale.
Submit your video pitch of your topic and objectives to the submission folder on Sunday by 11:59pm of week 1.
