Your Assignment: You will be charged with creating a Wellness Plan. The set format for this assignment will be a written paper in paragraph form with Paragraphs associated with the different domains PHYSICAL, MENTAL, EMOTIONAL, and SOCIAL being clearly identified. This Wellness Plan MUST identify step by step methods with good detail and example behavior that you will execute to improve your overall wellbeing in the areas of Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Social Health. (These four areas of planning will be the most critical to work towards for this assignment). As you are creating your in-depth plans for the four domains, you will also need to identify/address how the improvements you seek based on your plan will help you improve the areas of Environmental, Intellectual, Spiritual and Financial Health, as we have discussed in class.
Writing Specifics: Your wellness plan is to be type written in a Times New Roman font of 12 and double spaced. There is a 5-page maximum in length as you may want to include charts, calendars, etc. with your plans. However, each step by step plan for each domain should utilize about a page length of detail minimally. So a four (4) page minimum is expected.
