Assignment 8.1: Final Practicum Hours Documentation

The student will run an “Hours Audit” report in ProjectConcert® demonstrating the completed practicum hours achieved during the course (minimum 120 hours). The “hours audit” report will be reviewed with and must be signed by your approved preceptor. Full credit will be given if the report is submitted on time and signed by your preceptor. No partial credit will be awarded. Upload the signed report to the classroom dropbox and to ProjectConcert®.
