Assignment 4.1: The student will run an “Hours Audit” report in ProjectConcert® demonstrating the completed practicum hours achieved to this point. The “hours audit” report must be signed by your approved preceptor. Full credit will be given if the report is submitted on time and signed by your preceptor. No partial credit will be awarded. Upload the signed report to the classroom drop box and to ProjectConcert®. You can upload the signed report in ProjectConcert® under “other” and entitle the report Signed Hours Audit Report. Arrange a joint telecommunication with your preceptor and your instructor.
