In your Case Study Analysis related to the scenario provided, explain the following:

 

· The musculoskeletal pathophysiologic processes that would account for the patient presenting these symptoms.

 

· Any racial/ethnic variables that may impact physiological functioning.

 

· How these processes interact to affect the patient.
